10 Miles for the week so far.
I have never regretted going on a run, but I have regretted not going on a run.
Also after the run I did the normal ab routine.
- 25 knee ups to chest
- 25 crunches
- 25 side sit ups on both sides
- 25 V sit ups crunches
I iced my knees for 20 minutes after the run today.
