4 Miles Today

Did 4 miles on the treadmill at the gym. The last miles was a minute and a half faster than the first 3. Felt really good, although I am still very slow I am just happy to be running pain free again.
Walked for a quarter mile to cool down after the run.

Did the normal ab routine.

  • 25 side sit up on each side.
  • 25 crunches
  • 25 v-sit up crunches
  • 25 Knee up to chest
That's 14 miles for the week so far with Wednesday as my rest day. Worked this week was bad so the runs helped me a lot.
